Summary
This study tested a mobile health program that teaches pain coping skills to breast cancer patients in underserved areas. 180 women with persistent pain used video calls and simple technology to learn non-drug pain management techniques. The goal was to reduce pain, fatigue, and disability, and improve quality of life.
