Summary
This study tested a mobile health program that teaches pain coping skills to breast cancer patients in underserved areas. 180 women with persistent pain joined video sessions with a therapist and used simple mobile tools at home. The goal was to see if this approach could reduce pain, fatigue, and disability better than a basic health education program.
