Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone-based cognitive training program is practical and acceptable for older Chinese Americans aged 60 and above. 35 participants used a culturally tailored app to do brain exercises. The goal was to see if people would use it and if it might help with thinking skills, loneliness, and anxiety.
