First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests a group therapy program called D-MCT that helps women with postpartum depression improve how they think about their own thoughts. Researchers will compare depressive symptoms and mother-child bonding between women who receive the training and those who do not. The goal is to see if this approach reduces depression and strengthens the bond with their baby.
