Summary
This study interviewed 12 mothers who took part in HUGS mother-baby therapy groups for postpartum depression. The goal was to understand how the program affected their relationship with their baby and their daily life, 6 to 12 months later. Researchers used in-depth interviews to collect personal stories and identify common themes.
