Breast reconstruction mesh under scrutiny: is it worth the cost?

Summary
This study looks at whether using surgical mesh during breast reconstruction after mastectomy is safe and helpful. About 120 women will be randomly assigned to get reconstruction with or without mesh. The goal is to compare complication rates and patient satisfaction to guide future care.
