Is expensive mesh needed for breast reconstruction? new study aims to find out

Summary
This study looks at whether using surgical mesh during breast reconstruction after mastectomy is helpful or not. About 120 women will be randomly assigned to get reconstruction with or without mesh. The goal is to see if mesh reduces complications and improves how satisfied women are with their results.
