NCT ID NCT07462286
First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study looks at how different phases of the menstrual cycle relate to muscle strength and physical performance in active women aged 18-35. Participants will track their cycle with a mobile app and attend three lab visits for non-invasive tests like strength and body composition measurements. The goal is to better understand these natural changes to help plan training and clinical care.
