Summary
This study looks at whether a 12-week survivorship program is practical and acceptable for men with advanced prostate, kidney, bladder, testicular, or penile cancer. Researchers will measure feasibility and quality of life changes in 72 participants. The goal is to see if such a program can be added to routine follow-up care.
