Summary
This study looked at whether adding melatonin supplements can improve thinking skills, sleep quality, and blood sugar control in teenagers with type 1 diabetes. 70 adolescents aged 12-18 took part. The researchers measured changes in blood sugar time-in-range and executive function scores over 6 months.
