First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining PET/CT scans with a special blood test (ctDNA) can help doctors predict which patients with advanced melanoma will respond to immunotherapy and who might have side effects. About 24 adults with stage III or IV melanoma will be followed for about 4 weeks after starting treatment. The goal is to find early markers of treatment success or failure.
