Blood test may spare some colon cancer patients from unnecessary chemo

Summary
This study looks at using a blood test that detects tiny bits of tumor DNA (ctDNA) to guide chemotherapy decisions in people with stage II colon cancer. About 1,320 participants will be randomly assigned to either have their treatment based on the blood test results or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this approach helps more patients get the right treatment and avoid unnecessary chemo.
