Blood test may spare some colon cancer patients from chemo

Summary
This study looks at whether a blood test that detects tumor DNA can help decide which stage II colon cancer patients need chemotherapy after surgery. About 1,320 patients will be randomly assigned to either have their treatment guided by the blood test or receive standard care. The goal is to see if using the test leads to better use of chemotherapy and fewer people getting treatment they may not need.
