Summary

This study tests whether eating a Mediterranean diet during pregnancy can help prevent allergies in babies. Researchers will enroll 276 healthy pregnant women who are at risk of having a child with allergies. The goal is to see if this diet reduces the chance of allergic diseases by age 2.
