NCT ID NCT06586970

First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding occupational therapy and dietitian services to home-delivered meals can reduce fall risk in older adults who have trouble leaving home. About 750 people aged 60 and older will receive either meals alone, meals with dietitian support, meals with occupational therapy, or all three. The goal is to find the best way to help seniors stay safe and healthy at home.
