Summary
This study tests a new drug called MBRC-201 in people with advanced solid tumors (like prostate, breast, lung, colorectal, or pancreatic cancer) that have not responded to standard therapies. The drug is an antibody-drug conjugate, designed to deliver a cancer-killing agent directly to tumor cells. The trial aims to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
