Summary
This study explores how a mother's stress may change the makeup of her breastmilk and how that affects feeding and brain development in preterm babies. Researchers will follow 120 preterm infants and their mothers from the NICU to 4 months corrected age. The goal is to better understand these connections to improve care for premature infants.
