Summary
This study looks at how a single session of Swedish massage or light touch therapy changes brain activity, heart rate, blood pressure, and mood in healthy adults. Thirty participants will be randomly assigned to receive one type of touch therapy. Brain scans (MRI) are taken before and after the session to measure changes in brain connections and responses to emotional faces.
