First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looked at whether mandala therapy (a structured coloring activity) could improve nurses' psychological well-being and reduce negative feelings toward their workplace. 90 nurses from a Turkish hospital took part; half did mandala therapy while the other half continued their normal routine.
