Summary
This study looked at whether mandala therapy (a structured coloring activity) could improve nurses' psychological well-being and reduce negative feelings toward their workplace. 90 nurses from a Turkish hospital took part; half did mandala therapy while the other half continued their normal routine. Results were measured before and after using standard questionnaires.
