Summary

This study tested whether mandala therapy (a structured coloring activity) could improve psychological well-being and reduce negative feelings about their workplace in nurses. 90 nurses from a Turkish hospital took part, with half doing mandala therapy and the other half continuing their normal routine. Results were measured using standard questionnaires before and after the therapy.
