Summary

This study tested whether mandala therapy (a structured coloring activity) could improve psychological well-being and reduce negative feelings about their workplace (organizational cynicism) in nurses. 90 nurses from a Turkish hospital were split into two groups: one did mandala therapy, the other continued their normal routine. Researchers measured well-being and cynicism before and after the therapy using standard questionnaires.
