First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tested a new tablet form of Magne-B6 (magnesium and vitamin B6) against the current liquid version in 24 healthy adults. The goal was to see how well the body absorbs the new tablet. Participants took both forms at different times, and researchers measured magnesium and vitamin B6 levels in blood and urine. The study is complete and helps determine if the new tablet works as well as the liquid.
