First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study looked at how well a new tablet form of Magne-B6 (a magnesium and vitamin B6 supplement) is absorbed compared to the current liquid form. Twenty-four healthy adults took both versions on separate days after fasting. The goal was to see if the new tablet delivers the same amount of magnesium and vitamin B6 into the body as the liquid.
