Radioactive 'Seeker' drug targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in new trial
NCT ID NCT07213791
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new radioactive drug called LY4337713 in adults with advanced cancers that have spread. The drug is designed to find and deliver radiation directly to cancer cells that have a specific marker called FAP. The main goals are to find a safe dose, understand side effects, and see if the treatment can shrink tumors in people with cancers like pancreatic, breast, ovarian, and others.
