New stent aims to seal dangerous leaks after Weight-Loss and cancer surgery

Summary
This study compares a new esophageal stent (Luso-Cor) with standard stents and vacuum therapy for closing leaks that can happen after weight-loss or cancer surgery on the stomach or esophagus. About 180 adults who develop these leaks will be enrolled. The goal is to see which method works best and is safest.
