Summary
This study aimed to test if a treatment called T3, delivered directly into the lungs, could help patients with severe COVID-19 who were on ventilators due to acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The goal was to reduce fluid in the lungs, shorten ICU stays, and improve survival. The trial was designed for hospitalized patients on mechanical ventilation but was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
