Summary

This study is testing a new MRI technique that uses a special gas called hyperpolarized xenon to take detailed pictures of lung function. It will include 260 healthy volunteers and people with various lung diseases like asthma, COPD, and cystic fibrosis. The goal is to see if this method can better measure how well different parts of the lungs are working, but no treatment or cure is being tested.
