New tech tracks lung tumors as you breathe during radiation

Summary

This study tests a new technology that adjusts the radiation beam in real time to follow lung tumors as they move with breathing. About 20 adults with early-stage lung cancer or limited lung metastases will receive standard radiotherapy with this tracking system. The main goal is to see if the technology works reliably without errors.
