First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study is testing whether giving two drugs (lucanoximab and tagolimab) before surgery can help shrink tumors in people with head and neck cancer. About 30 adults with resectable cancer will receive the drugs intravenously every two weeks for two cycles, then undergo surgery. The main goal is to see how many patients have a major response in their tumor tissue after treatment.
