New antibiotic paste may save Kids' teeth without drilling

Summary
This study tests whether an antibiotic paste can treat infected baby molars as well as the standard filling method. About 180 children aged 4 to 10 with tooth nerve death will receive one of the two treatments. After six months, researchers will check which approach works better by looking at healing and X-ray results.
