Summary
This study is testing if aiming for a slightly lower blood pressure can help patients with severe heart failure after a heart attack. It compares a lower target to the standard one to see if using less of a strong blood pressure medication (noradrenaline) leads to better survival and less kidney damage. The goal is to find a safer, more effective way to manage this critical condition.
