Summary

This study tests whether low-dose naltrexone (LDN) can reduce fatigue in people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). It involves 75 adults living in Alabama who will take LDN and report their fatigue levels weekly. The goal is to find the best dose for symptom relief.
