Summary
This study tests whether a low dose of naltrexone can reduce fatigue in people with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS). Researchers will enroll 75 adults from Alabama and track their fatigue levels weekly through online surveys. The goal is to find the best dose for symptom relief.
