Could a tiny dose of naltrexone help ME/CFS fatigue?

Summary
This study tests whether a very low dose of naltrexone can reduce fatigue in people with ME/CFS. About 75 adults in Alabama will take the drug and report their fatigue levels weekly. The goal is to find the best dose for easing symptoms.
