Summary
This pilot study tests whether a 6-month low-carbohydrate diet can improve blood sugar control and body composition in 40 obese adults, some with prediabetes or diabetes. Participants will also be monitored for changes in gut-brain communication. The goal is to understand how diet affects metabolism and weight management.
