Summary

This study tests whether a 6-month low-carbohydrate diet can improve blood sugar control, body composition, and gut-brain communication in obese people with or without prediabetes or diabetes. About 40 participants, including healthy lean controls, will follow the diet and be monitored. The goal is to see if this dietary change helps manage glucose intolerance and obesity.
