New drug combo targets tough bone cancer in kids and adults

Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of two drugs, losartan and sunitinib, in people aged 10 and older with osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer) that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and check for early signs that the combination might help control the cancer. About 41 participants will take part.
