Summary

This early-phase study tests a combination of losartan (a blood pressure medicine) and sunitinib (a targeted cancer drug) in people aged 10 and older with osteosarcoma that has returned or stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to see if the combination can help control the cancer. About 41 participants will take part.
