Summary
This study is checking the long-term safety of a supplement called palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) in 200 healthy adults aged 18 and older. Participants will take either PEA or a placebo every day for 12 months and have regular check-ups, blood tests, and safety assessments. The goal is to see if long-term use causes any serious side effects, not to treat any disease.
