First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study is testing a new type of PET/MRI scan to see if it can give a complete picture of the liver in people with cirrhosis. The goal is to measure liver function, blood flow, and detect cancer or high blood pressure in the liver all at once. About 45 adults with cirrhosis will get the scan to see how well it works compared to standard tests.
