Summary
This study aims to find out why some people with fatty liver disease or alcohol-related liver disease develop liver cancer. Researchers will look at metabolic factors, immune system responses, and imaging data from 710 participants. The goal is to identify early warning signs, especially in patients without cirrhosis.
