Summary
This study aims to find out why some people with fatty liver disease or alcohol-related liver disease develop liver cancer. Researchers will study genetic markers and immune factors in 710 adults, both with and without cirrhosis. The goal is to identify early warning signs, especially in patients without cirrhosis, to improve prevention and detection.
