Summary

This study tests a new medicine called PF-08634404, given alone or with another drug (ipilimumab), for adults with advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and can shrink tumors. Participants must be 18 or older and have not had whole-body cancer treatment before.
