Summary
This study aims to understand if bacteria inside the liver are linked to alcoholic hepatitis, a severe liver disease. Researchers will collect and analyze bacteria from the liver, blood, and stool of 50 patients with suspected alcoholic hepatitis. The goal is to learn how these bacteria might influence the disease and identify potential new targets for future treatments.
