Summary

This study tested a program called Link for Equity, which trains school staff to be more aware of racism and trauma. Over 1,600 staff from 12 secondary schools in Minnesota took part. The goal was to see if the training could reduce racial/ethnic differences in school discipline and violence. Researchers measured changes in staff attitudes about race and trauma-informed care.
