Summary
This study is testing a 12-week lifestyle program designed for Black women who are breast cancer survivors and have high blood pressure or obesity. The program provides grocery deliveries, cooking classes, and nutrition education. Researchers want to see if this approach is practical and acceptable for improving eating habits and helping control blood pressure.
