Can a 12-Week program of diet, exercise, and stress relief reverse unhealthy trends?
NCT ID NCT07314957
Summary
This study aims to see if a structured program promoting healthy habits can improve health in overweight, inactive adults. 120 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive a 12-week program of supervised exercise, Mediterranean diet education, and stress-resilience workshops, or to get standard lifestyle advice. Researchers will track changes in weight, blood markers, stress, and mental health over a full year to see if the program leads to lasting benefits.
