Can simple lifestyle tweaks alongside therapy beat chronic insomnia?
NCT ID NCT06550388
Summary
This small, completed study from the Mayo Clinic explored whether adding brief advice about diet and physical activity to standard Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) could further improve sleep quality. It involved 5 adults aged 18-70 with chronic insomnia. The main goal was to see if this combined approach helped patients sleep better than using therapy alone.
