NCT ID NCT06550388

Summary

This small study from the Mayo Clinic explored whether adding brief advice about diet and physical activity to a standard non-drug insomnia therapy (CBT-I) could improve sleep quality. It involved 5 adults with chronic insomnia. Researchers measured changes in participants' sleep quality, diet, and activity levels before and after receiving the combined lifestyle and therapy program.
