First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests a combination of three drugs (pembrolizumab, lenvatinib, and letrozole) in 40 people with advanced hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. Participants must be at least 21 years old and have had their cancer progress after at least one prior hormone treatment.
