This study tested whether using lemongrass inhalers or liquid vapor could help adult smokers reduce their nicotine dependence and improve related health markers. Two hundred smokers aged 18-30 took part, using lemongrass products or no intervention. Researchers measured changes in nicotine dependence, stress, sleep, and blood biomarkers like cotinine and inflammation.
