Summary
This study tests the drug lecanemab in 40 people who have a gene mutation that causes early-onset Alzheimer's. The goal is to see if removing amyloid plaques from the brain can delay or slow memory loss and other symptoms. Participants previously received another experimental drug and will now receive lecanemab to track its effects on disease progression.
