Summary
This study tests a 6-week online program called Learning Skills Together (LST) for family caregivers of people with Alzheimer's or related dementias. The program teaches practical caregiving skills to help caregivers feel more confident and less overwhelmed. About 216 caregivers will be randomly assigned to either LST or a healthy living group, and will complete surveys before and after the program to see if LST improves their well-being.
